Our journey embodies the essence of perseverance and the pursuit of dreams. With growing up in New York, Dan and I absorbed the diverse culture and culinary delights of the city, shaping our aspirations.

Dan’s dedication led him to the Navy, where he served from 1993 -1997 on the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CV N-71). He sought opportunities for education and ultimately forged a distinguished career in the Biotech Industry. From the shores of the East Coast to the corporate corridors, he climbed the ladder, embracing every challenge and opportunity that came his way.

Meanwhile, I found myself immersed in the vibrant energy of Buffalo during my college years, where every slice of cup and char pepperoni pizza held a piece of home. Following in my father’s footsteps, I ventured into sales at Philip Morris USA before delving into the dynamic realms of marketing and sales at Dr Pepper, traversing the country in pursuit of excellence.

With almost six decades combined of corporate experience under our belts, the longing for something more profound lingered. The dream of owning our own business, a haven where passion and flavor collide, danced on the horizon.

We decided to open a pizza business because, as New Yorkers, we understand the importance of finding truly great NY pizza. Florida has a growing demand for high-quality, authentic pizza, and we believe we can bring the classic taste and experience of New York ’s best pizzerias to this area. Our passion for pizza, combined with our dedication to quality and authenticity, drives us to fill this need and provide our customers with an exceptional dining experience.

But it’s not just about the pizza. Rooted in the fabric of our community, we’ve made it our mission to give back, honoring Veterans and First Responders who serve tirelessly. Every slice we serve is infused with gratitude and commitment, creating a sanctuary where customers become family, drawn back time and time again by the irresistible allure of flavor and heart.

Our pizzaiolos are certified professionals trained at the Pacific Northwest School of Pizza in Kingston, Washington.

This school is one of just two in the U.S. accredited by the renowned Scuola Pizzaiolo Italiana in Parma, Italy, ensuring an authentic taste of Italy in every slice.
